Rizzo Plumbing & Heating was hired to complete a three-phase project on a house and carriage house which included kitchen & bath updates. The first phase consisted of hooking up a temporary kitchen and pantry, remodeling two full baths, and adding a full bath to the existing structure. Second phase was adding a full bath, gas fireplace, kitchen, and tankless water heater to a new carriage house. We also installed a gas heater in the garage and ran a series of underground lines to the main house: gas, water, and sewer. Phase three was a design/build for a new addition. We installed a kitchen with commercial appliances, island sink with two dishwashers, gas piping for four gas hot air furnaces, two full baths, laundry room, gas fireplace, and two outside showers.
High-efficiency toilets save 1.5 gallons of water per flush, and come in a variety of models.
Placing the Jacuzzi spout and Hot/Cold handles on opposite ends of the tub provides aesthetics and efficiency. The placement is symmetrical and allows the bather to comfortably add hot or cold water while in the tub without being splashed or scalded.
A small vanity strategically placed in the Master Bath allows a unique design for a second sink, without using the standard double-sink top in the larger vanity.
